4. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) provides a foundational process for quality IT Service Management.
5. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) equips individuals with the necessary skills for designing, implementing, and administering infrastructure for business solutions that are based on Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows 2000.
6. VMware Certified Professional (VCP5) aims to provide the skill set to successfully install, manage and deploy VMware vSphere 5.
7. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) two tracks for Associate and Professional levels.
